USA's Jim Shea, of Lake Placid, N. Y., holds a photo of his grandfather as he celebrates winning the gold in the men's skeleton at Utah Olympic Park, Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, in Park City, Utah. Shea's two-run time of 1:41.96 was five one-hundredths of a second better than Austria's Martin Rettl. He is a third generation Olympic athlete. His grandfather, who also competed in the Olympics, passed away recently in an auto accident. His father also competed in the Olympics.
