After donning their night vision equipment, 101st Airborne Division soldiers Staff Sgt. Christopher Harry, left, Pfc. Jason Wilson and Sgt. David Dedo climbed on the roof of "Fort Apache" for a good view of terrain beyond the perimeter at Kandahar Airbase Saturday night. Minutes later another platoon spotted movement near the fenceline, putting Harry and other Charlie company soldiers from the 2nd 187th on high alert.
