Willis Watkins, a veteran of the Korean War, decides to go with the bald look as John Childress, a volunteer, uses the clippers to give him a haircut during Operation Stand Down at the State Fairgrounds in Nashville Friday October 31, 2003. The three day event will give hundreds of homeless veterans access to healthcare, employment oppurtunities, haircuts, clothes and much more.
